Vinyl CDs in record-style card sleeves
For small run orders of 50 items or more

These 12cm vinyl-effect CDs are very popular for both singles and full albums. The vinyl CDs have a solid black ridged spiral running around the outside of the disc on the printed side, looking exactly like grooves in a record. The data side of the disc is also an unusual gloss black rather than silver. These 12cm circular vinyl discs have a capacity of 700MB and have an 65mm full colour printed area in the centre of the disc within the vinyl effect.

They come in bright gloss white, 100% recycled natural white with a matt finish, gloss silver (Pantone 877 metallic), gloss gold (Pantone 872 metallic), gloss red (Pantone 032) or gloss black card wallets (see below for colours) that we have had specially made for us to look like an original vinyl record sleeve with a hole on one side for the artwork to show through.

Because of the plain card wallets, these discs are a very affordable solution that offers the full CD storage capacity of 700MB and look slightly different to typical CD packaging.

Options The vinyl style card wallets may be substituted for clear plastic wallets or adhesive studs (for mounting onto a brochure or flyer etc) at no extra cost. How to place an order

There are three main ways in which you can get your contents and artwork across to us:

Payment for orders

Payment is required before despatch of the order. Once we have received your artwork files (and disc contents if also being produced) and verified that they are ready for production then we will email an invoice across to you that can be paid by cheque, BACS or credit/debit card. The card receipts and VAT receipt will then be included with your order.
