Four page oversized gatefold wallets with two pockets for vinyl CDs with two record-style wallets for small run orders of 20 items or more
These oversize gatefold double disc vinyl wallets are a great premium option if you need to pack two discs within a single pack, whether it is two different CDs or a CD and DVD, this four page gatefold CD wallet feels heavy weight, is lovely to hold and use and makes a great impression. The finished packs also come cellophane wrapped to keep them protected and give them a retail finish.
The outer card wallets are a four page design with outer openings and thumb cuts for easy removal of the inner wallets. The discs themselves come in record-style card wallets in 100% recycled natural white card with a matt finish, smooth white card, a thick solid matt red (roughly Pantone 1797), a thick solid matt black or a thick textured brown Manila / kraft colour, or you can print them with your own artwork.
The 12cm vinyl-effect CDs are very popular for both singles and full albums. The CDs have a solid black, gold, silver, white, red or green ridged spiral running around the outside of the disc on the printed side, looking exactly like grooves in a record. The data sides of the discs then match the top colour of the discs for the black, silver, red and green discs (it is just the gold and white discs that can’t have matching colour data sides, they are a standard silver underneath). Our vinyl DVD options are available with either black or gold vinyl grooves on top and then purple data sides.

Recycled card
If you would like your wallets printed using 100% recycled card stock then please select the Recycled card option from the Wallet Material drop down above. The recycled card is a rougher texture and not as bright white as the standard card. We do not advise laminating recycled cards (doesn’t work as well on the recycled card and defeats the object of going for a recycled material!)
Laminate options for the outer gatefold wallets
As standard the outer gatefold wallets are supplied with no laminate coating applied, so a semi-gloss finish, however we can coat them in either a gloss or matt plastic laminate. The lamination makes the outer gatefold wallets far more durable, stronger and more resistant to liquids. In the case of the gloss laminates the colours are enhanced with blacks looking deeper and colours richer overall. With matt lamination, finger prints do not show up at all, but colours are not quite as deep and appear a little lighter than either the uncoated or gloss options. Please select the relevant option from the Lamination drop down above if you would like a matt or gloss laminate, otherwise they will be the standard semi-gloss finish (used for most orders).
Do you need a barcode?
If you will be selling your discs through a retail store then you will probably need to register a unique barcode for your release and apply it to the rear outer artwork of your product to make it possible for them to sell via their product barcode scanner.
In Europe we use the EAN 13 barcode system and in North America the UPC system is used. We can register an EAN 13 barcode for you and embed the barcode graphic within your disc packaging artwork. The only information that we will require from you will be the name of the band/artist and the title of the release, then just leave a suitable space in your artwork and we will register the barcode and add it to your artwork for you.

Have you considered NFT tag stickers?
If you would like customers to be able to tap your cassette tape, CD, USB, VHS or just about anything else on their Android or Apple phone to open up a web page, music video, specific Spotify artist page, album or track then just include NFC (Near Field Communication) tag stickers with your order and we can then apply them to your product.
These tags measure 19mm x 12mm in size, use an NTAG213 chip with clear PET and a strong adhesive back. They have a strong field for their size and are very durable.

How to place an order
An order can be created by selecting the required product options above and adding them to your order. If you have your audio and artwork files ready, you can upload them at this stage. This process will generate a quote, which will be emailed to you and our admin team. No payment is required at this point.
A member of our team will then be in touch, generally within 1-2 working days, to check your quote and artwork and discuss your order. Should you then wish to proceed, they will email you an invoice for payment before we start production.
If you wish to upload your files at a later date or have any issues uploading via our website, you can also send your files to us via WeTransfer.
