Delivery Address Restrictions
We are unable to accept delivery addresses that are PO Boxes, hotels, event venues, exhibition centres, or other temporary or shared locations. These addresses have a significantly higher rate of failed, rejected and returned deliveries.
If you provide one of these addresses, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time, or at all. Should your order be returned to us as a result, you may be responsible for any return shipping and redelivery charges before your order can be dispatched again.
To help ensure prompt and successful delivery, please provide a permanent residential or business address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
UK
Next day delivery to UK mainland is £9.95 +VAT (excluding Scottish Highlands). Offshore delivery takes 1 – 2 working days and is charged at:
Scottish Highlands and Islands: £25.00+VAT
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight: £19.95+VAT
Channel Islands: £24.95
Additional services are also available where you require additional delivery addresses, morning deliveries or Saturday delivery:
Delivery to more than one address: £9.95+VAT per additional address
By 12pm delivery: £20.00+VAT (not available in Scotland)
By 10.30am delivery: £30.00+VAT (not available in Scotland)
Saturday delivery: £30.00+VAT
Overseas
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by such factors as customs clearance in the destination country, extreme weather, etc.
The prices below are for guidance based on typical orders sizes. Large or heavy orders may cost more. Your total delivery cost will be confirmed by your account manager once your order details and delivery address have been received.
Faster delivery to many locations is available at extra cost – ask your account manager or contact us for details.
We do not charge VAT on deliveries outside the UK, however you are responsible for all international customs fees, duties and taxes due on delivery or import. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
