Our printed card DVD wallets make a great low cost packaging solution for demos, singles or albums, allowing two sides of full colour printing and being less susceptible to damage than a brittle jewel case.
The wallets can be supplied on their own or with full colour printed DVDs inserted with your own disc contents added.

If you don’t require any audio/data contents on the discs then please deduct £0.10+VAT per unit for quantities of up to 499 copies and £0.05+VAT per disc for quantities over 500 units.

Laminate options for the DVD wallets
As standard the wallets are supplied with no laminate coating applied, however for just £0.30+VAT per wallet we can coat them in either a gloss or matt plastic laminate. The lamination makes the wallets far more durable, stronger, more resistant to liquids and a little more rigid. In the case of the gloss laminates the colours are enhanced with blacks looking deeper and colours richer overall. With matt lamination, finger prints do not show up at all, but colours are not quite as deep and appear a little lighter than either the uncoated or gloss options. If you wish to get your DVD wallets laminated then please mention it to us when placing the order and let us know whether you would prefer matt or gloss.

Cellophane or shrink wrapping the DVD wallets
If you would like your DVDs in a clear wrap for a glossy protective finish that is ideal for retail environments or presentation purposes then please add £0.08+VAT per disc for either a shrink wrap or a cellophane resealable wrap.
Add a thumbcut…
If you would like a thumbcut added to the wallets for easier disc removal then we can easily do so. Please note that it does eat into the artwork space a little, but we have had a lot of requests for them, so thought we would add them as an option. Please add £0.05+VAT per unit that you would like the thumbcuts added to and please mention when ordering if you would like thumbcuts added to the DVD wallets, otherwise they are provided with normal straight edges by default.

DVD presentation frames
The frames are fully finished, ready to hang and include additional copies of your release and can even be provided with a full colour printed metal plaque with your artwork on to celebrate the DVD release or as a memento for the band members. The frames can include both a copy of the disc and also the packaging and are available in black or white borders with black or white backgrounds.

Type of printing on the DVDs
Our disc printing is an on-body full colour UV-LED print for quantities of less than 300 or a silk screen / litho print for larger quantities. Our vinyl-style DVDs come with full colour printed labels in the middle as this is more authentic, however we can do on-body printing of the vinyl discs by special request. With our UV-LED printing we can also print partial white bases and spot gloss effects (spot gloss would add £0.50+VAT per disc). We can also leave the white base out altogether if you would like to get a reflective print or colours. The picture illustrates the same artwork printed onto both a reflective silver base and white base on our UV LED printer (either option is the same price).
Add some full colour printed guitar picks
When placing an order with us, why not add some custom printed guitar picks with your band logo on? The picks are available in different thicknesses for acoustic/electric and bass guitars and also lots of different base colours. We can then print full colour on-body artwork with partial white base layers and spot gloss layers if required. Ideal for not only playing with, but also for merch stands, added value online CD/cassette/vinyl sales or freebies for fans.

Do you need a barcode?
If you will be selling your DVDs through a retail store then you will probably need to register a unique barcode for your release and apply it to the rear outer artwork of your product to make it possible for them to sell via their product barcode scanner.
In Europe we use the EAN 13 barcode system and in North America the UPC system is used. We can register an EAN 13 barcode for you and embed the barcode graphic within your disc packaging artwork for just £12+VAT. The only information that we will require from you will be the name of the band/artist and the title of the release, then just leave a suitable space in your artwork and we will register the barcode and add it to your artwork for you, all for just £12+VAT.

How to place an order or request a sample
The best way to place your order or request a custom printed sample is to complete our ONLINE ORDER FORM
However there are also three other main ways in which you can get your contents and artwork across to us:
1. By email If the artwork (and contents if we are burning the discs for you) are less than 10MB then you can email them to us here.
2. By uploading online Any size of files can be uploaded to us free of charge online via our WeTransfer upload - please remember to provide your order details (band name, type of cassettes required, packaging type, total order quantity and delivery address) in the information field when uploading.
3. By post Please send your artwork (and contents if we are burning the discs for you) to: Disc Production Manager, Wizbit Internet Services Ltd, Keppel K1, Daedalus Park, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9FX
Payment for orders
Payment is required before production of the order. Once we have received your artwork files (and audio contents if also being recorded) and verified that they are ready for production then we will email an invoice across to you that can be paid by cheque, BACS, PayPal or credit/debit card.
