How to place an order or request a sample

Please use the form below to place your order, enquiry, proof or sample request. If placing an order, please make sure you have downloaded and used our artwork templates and followed our guidance on what audio to supply us with. We can be flexible with the files so if you have any trouble with getting your files ready, please do just send us what you can or email for assistance.

Please note this form does not take you to a payment page and will submit your enquiry to our team who will strive to get back to you within 24 hours. Once your order has been confirmed, you will be invoiced and can pay online through BACS, credit/debit card or PayPal. If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for on the form or require multiple items, please put any relevant information within the large box provided. If you are a returning customer you are also welcome to email [email protected] or your account manager directly.

If you are enquiring to receive a free proof with your own artwork and content files (if required) then that can be done so by filling in the form below. Please note that for some of the printed packaging options we can’t provide free one-off proofs, although we can provide samples that were previously produced for other clients so we may send those along with a digital proof via email of your own artwork if you provide it. Full physical proofs of duplicated orders can be obtained before going ahead if you desire, however due to setup costs there is a charge of £33+VAT & they do take up to 5 working days.

They even took the initiative to make sure the inside of the insert the same colour as the front which made the product look even more professional. Can't recommend these guys enough. I worked closely with a chap called Michael at BandCDs on a small batch of cassette tapes. He was an absolute legend! His meticulous attention to detail was unlike anything else I've experienced from any of the printers/manufacturers I've dealt with in the past at other companies. He ensured that certain elements of the design lined up and also bent over backwards to make sure the colour of the printed J Cards matched nicely with the colour of the plastic cassette. Top this off with an extremely quick turnaround, high quality products, great sounding audio and all at the lowest price I could find anywhere online and you can see why it's smiles all round in my house!
